To be added to the media distribution list(s), and receive relevant information regarding any
information and resources for these events, please email wsmedia@LittleLeague.org with the team
and/or event you are covering. Media guidelines for each of the events, which includes details on
interview requests, pool photo requests, and additional resources for the Little League Baseball and
Softball Region and World Series events can be found at LittleLeague.org/WSMedia.
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
- Individuals may only apply for on-site credentials in one category and will be restricted to the access permitted by their credential.
- Two (2) forms of identification must be presented upon arrival - a valid driver’s license or passport and a valid credential for your organization.
- Only completed credential requests, signed by the requestor and with assigning supervisor contact information, will be processed. Individuals with no assigning supervisor must contact Little League International prior to submitting their application.
- As part of the confirmation process, the assigned person’s specific personal information (full name, including middle name; social security number; home address) must be included on the form for the purpose of conducting a standard national criminal background check. No credentials will be issued until the background check is completed.
- The authorizing supervisor will be notified, and the media credentials issued, pending the result of the national background check.
- Media credentials are not transferable.
- No media credential will be issued to anyone under 18, or who has not consented to and passed a standard national criminal background check.
- Information will not be shared with anyone outside of Little League International, except for ensuring the security of Little League Region and World Series participants.
- One form must be completed for EACH individual requesting credentials to cover any of the Little League Baseball and Softball Region and World Series events.
- Those members of the media looking to cover the MLB Little League Classic game at Bowman Field must apply for a media credential through Major League Baseball (MLB).
- Little League International may request additional information, links to relevant work, and references. Little League International also reserves the right to deny any credential application.
